  • 2020 was quite a year for KASSI -- an active program of outreach in the winter months, the huge disappointment of having to cancel Seedy Saturday, a surge in sales for local seed producers, involvement in the successful advocacy to have community gardens recognized as essential services, participation in the Garden for Good campaign, productive work by volunteers in seed-saving at community garden spaces and an estimated 155 000 healthy open-pollinated seeds grown by our seed stewards!
